Four Stages of a Migraine

Did you know there are four stages of a migraine attack? This made so much sense to me when I learned about the stages and why I felt sick for days after my migraine ended! I was actually in the 'Postdrome,' or 'hangover' stage. The symptoms for each phase can last longer than what is posted. A hemiplegic migraine can last for weeks. I know some women in our group who have had ones which have lasted for months. Please remember to make an appointment with your neurologist when experiencing a new symptom or head to the ER.
