Learning to Meditate

I turned to meditation in the past year to help with stress. Meditation has given me a way to relax and calm my mind from my every day worries. I practice 'mindfulness meditation' which means being present and aware in the moment. There are so many positive reasons to meditate. Meditating can help you understand your pain, lower your stress, connect better, improve your focus, and reduce brain chatter.
