Sharing our Stories

I will be sharing the stories of the brave women in the Women's International Hemiplegic Migraine Group. We have unfortunately faced so much adversity having been diagnosed with disorder from the medical community, our places of employment, insurance companies, and sometimes, our friends and family. But the only way for people to understand what we go through on a daily basis is to tell our story. Today I asked one of our members if I could share part of her story. Her reply was this: "Of course you can share. I feel like these crazy stories is the only way that we will ever be understood or heard." -Melinda
