Yoga Helps Reduce Migraine Symptoms

I really enjoy yoga and what it does for me in my life. I started doing yoga several years ago after a car accident which gave me a concussion and terrible neck and back pain. The yoga stretches really helped with the pain I experienced daily. I have recently been using yoga to help mitigate my migraine symptoms. Yoga has also helped me with anxiety.
Yoga intervention has been found to significantly reduce headache activity, medication intake, symptoms, and anxiety and depression in migraine with aura.
One of my favorite yoga instructors is 'Yoga with Adriene!.' She has so many free videos on YouTube and they are all excellent! If you are new to yoga, there is one for beginners, one for the elderly...she has a plethora of videos to choose from. I have attached the one she does for migraine sufferers.
